“I chose Napier as I wanted to live in Edinburgh.
I had been looking to do something different and
Quantity Surveying was sold to me during a visit
there. I may have reconsidered had I known it
involved brick counting!
“I met some great people and friends, who I still
maintain close relationships with now. It gave me
the stepping stone to have and, fingers crossed,
maintain a successful career. My network in the
construction and project environment often leads
me back to Napier – it seems everyone is connected
