oup is in heavy rotation in my house during the winter
months and I love having a wide variety of recipes to enjoy.
Soup is often served for dinner here, either alone or with a
loaf of crusty bread or a side salad. We love that soups are
often vegetable-rich, but also that they can be anything
from creamy, hearty comfort food to more exotic flavours,
borrowed from different cultures. I also love that soup
cooks up quickly, making them perfect for from-scratch
weeknight meals.
