Also, check out the Half Your Plate website, which is a partnership between the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society and the Canadian Produce Marketing Association. Of course, food shouldn’t be the sole focus over the holidays. Add some zen to your busy season by fitting in 45 minutes of activity every day (break it up into 15-minute segments if that’s more realistic).
