PUBLISHER’S NOTE Let the cool down begin! It’s no secret, I’m not a fan of hot weather. Here in Toronto, it’s been one of the hottest summers on record, so many days over 30ºC/86ºF that I lost count a long time ago. As I’m writing this, September looks to be continuing that trend meaning I can only dream of the cooler temps that are sure to come. Remember to check out our blog at eatineatout.ca. With so many things to do, it’s hard to find the time to cook a good meal for the family. That’s where this Fall Family issue comes to the rescue. Simple, tasty 30-minute meals that are bound to be a lifesaver during this hectic season. We’ve partnered with Ontario Pork, Turkey Farmers of Canada and Armstrong Cheese to bring you lunches and suppers that come together fast, while satisfying both the kids and adults in the family. Enjoy! Cheers, Lori Lori Kennedy, publisher P.S. Just a head’s up regarding the upcoming holiday issue... (Christmas is just a little over 3 months away).
