The holidays are fantastic for so many reasons—we get to spend quality time with family and friends, joy is in the air, lights are shining all around, oh and of course there’s the idea that during the most wonderful time of year, calories don’t count (pass the plate of cookies over here, please!). This mentality is fine for the holidays, but it is not the mind-set we want to bring into the New Year. Most of us will start 2015 with the resolution to be healthy!
