Wellness Centre and Track
This premier fitness facility features state-of-the art fitness
equipment complete with a full line of cardiovascular
machines, weight machines and free weights plus
specialized equipment. The Centre also includes
group fitness studios, a group cycle studio and
a combative room. A Fitness Specialist is
always on hand to answer any questions
you may have while using the centre.
Run, jog or walk the indoor 3-lane
track, which is 235 meters long (6.8 laps
= 1 mile) and features a unique incline
and banked corners. The track is wheelchair
accessible. The Wellness Centre and Track are open
5 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.

Gymnasium and Youth Lounge
Enjoy a variety of drop-in gym sports including volleyball, basketball, badminton,
and floor hockey. Equipment is provided. The Youth Lounge features a pool table,
a fooseball table, video games, arcade games and more. The Youth Lounge and
gymnasium are open Sunday to Thursday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday
9 a.m. to 11 p.m. The Youth Lounge is open to teens only on Friday and Saturdays
from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The Special Events Centre/Field House
This area features two indoor playing fields for soccer groups or other sports. The
centre can also host major tournaments and community events with up to 32,000
