CHIANG MAI PREPARES
FOR IAGTO 2016
All of Thailand’s primary
tourism institutions
gathered in Chiang Mai
last week to prepare for
the 5th Asia Golf Tourism
Convention (AGTC) taking
place from 24-27 April 2016.
More than 100 golf tour operators from 32 countries have
already registered for next year’s event, well on course for a
record 200 buyers and media who will be able to meet with not
only all of Thailand’s golf tourism industry but also golf resorts,
courses, hotels, DMCs and tourist boards from 18 Asia Pacific
golf destinations.

Ryder Cup Venue: Le
Golf National reaches
a significant milestone!
This summer, Le Golf National has embarked upon eight
months of major works to renovate the Albatros course.
This is another milestone reached by the golf club and
the French Golf Federation who are getting ready to
host the greatest worldwide golf team event in three
years’ time, but not only: they are preparing the golf
club to become a global reference for the next twentyfive years. For those who cannot wait for the end of
April 2016 and the championship course reopening as
the Albatros 2.0, at the dawn of the 100th Edition of the
