The directors of Progressive
Modelmakers have been producing
models for over 35 years. The highly
experienced team of modelmakers
combine their core skills with the most
up to date technology, utilising laser
cutting, 3D printing, CNC machining
etc., which enhances the end product
making a very life-like image of the
design/project. Using this technology and
skill they produce competitively priced,
high quality models with attention to
detail, achieving realistic timescales.
The models are produced in their UK
facility, which give the ability to offer
liaison with architects and technical
departments through out construction,
ensuring details are correct and up to date
therefore a trouble free, seamless build
process, from initial drawings to delivery
of the finished model.
We also offer a comprehensive back up
service, incorporating design changes,
model cleaning and repairs. Also
removal and recycling of the model at the
end of use should this be required.
The models can be further enhanced by
the introduction of lighting either to
complete buildings or individual
apartments. The system designed and
developed by the in house team has proven
to be very popular, reliable and is being
used in marketing suites all over the
country. Together with our easy to use
touch screen, showing individual plots/
apartment number, floor plans and
internal CGIÕs this has proven to be an
invaluable marketing tool.
