About Batimat
When it is first founded in 1977, Batimat – a family owned and
operated business – specialises in the importation of tiles and
ceramics. Three years later, in 1980, the company decides to widen
its offer, and began distributing luxury plumbing products for
kitchen and bath.
In 2000, Batimat decides to focus exclusively on the distribution
of high end plumbing products and, in 2005, the company joins
forces with Emco Corporation, effectively becoming the largest
supplier of plumbing products in Canada.
Batimat sets itself apart by the privileged relationships it has
developed and nurtured with suppliers and designers from all
four corners of the globe.
