• Jennifer Aust accepted the position of tenuretrack assistant professor of mathematics
from Martin Methodist College in Pulaski,
Tennessee.

• Randall Gay was offered both the naval
reactor engineer job at the Washington, D.C.,
Naval Yard, and the nuclear power instructor
(Navy) job in Charleston, South Carolina. Gay
accepted the instructor position. He will be
commissioned as an officer in the Navy at the
end of summer 2016, and will be stationed
in Charleston at the Naval Nuclear Power
Training Command.

• Daniel Brice accepted a tenure-track assistant
professor position in the Department of
Mathematics at Tuskegee University.
• Steven Clontz accepted a visiting assistant
professor position at the University of North
Carolina at Charlotte.
• Aras Erzurumluoglu accepted a postdocoral
position in the Department of Mathematics
and Statistics at Memorial University of
Newfoundland, Canada. Erzurumluoglu is
going to work with David Pike (’96), who is
one of Auburn Professor Chris Rodger’s first
doctoral students.

• Master’s graduate Elizabeth McInnis
accepted a job as a lecturer in the Department
of Mathematics at Columbus State University
in Columbus, Georgia.

• James Hammer accepted an assistant
professor position with Cedar Crest College in
Allentown, Pennsylvania.
• Kristin Lilly accepted a full-time job offer to
be a statistical data analyst at SiO2 Medical
Products, a medical device company in
Auburn.
• Brice Nguelifack accepted a tenure-track
assistant professor position in the Department
of Mathematics at the US Naval Academy.
• Jasdeep Pannu accepted a tenure-track
assistant professor position in the Department
of Mathematics at Lamar University.
• Peng Zhao accepted an actuarial analyst
position with AIG.
• Zhongwei Shen accepted a two-year
postdocoral position in the Department of
Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at the
University of Alberta.
• Eze Nwaeze accepted a tenure track assistant
professor position in the Department of
Mathematics at Tuskegee University.
