an equivalent course. The first week will start with a review of what you learned in

your intro class. The rest of the course

will comprise advanced subject matter with –conditional tense; the imperative; subjunctive mood; and idiomatic expressions (modismos). Explore the fundamentals of

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in this experiential workshop and discover the mental equivalent of a physical fitness routine for focus, self-awareness and resilience. We’ll explore why athletes are prime for mindfulness practice and how this mental training can positively impact performance. Participants will

leave with a self designed mental training routine. Sasha Dingle is a Qualified Teacher of MBSR as defined by the UCSD School of Medicine Mindfullness-Based Professional Training Institute. Her

"doorway" into her own contepmlative practice was her mental training as a

competeitive athelete. She hascompeted on the Freeride World Tour, Alpine Ski Racing NORAM circuit and U.S. Mountain Bike Nationals, and trained with the U.S. Ski Team Development System.
