Southeast Community Facility
We’re thrilled to welcome Dion-Jay “DJ” Brookter as the
Executive Director (ED) of the Southeast Community Facility
(SECF) where he supports the Southeast Commission and leads
the day-to-day operations, activities and revitalization efforts for
the facility. We are so grateful to Dr. Toye Moses, who retired
from his role as ED of the SECF after 24 years of dedicated
service. Dr. Moses, a San Francisco resident since 1974, is
an instrumental leader of the Bayview community. To learn
