Stephen A. McDonald, C.Ped
Stephen A. McDonald is a Board Certified Pedorthist living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
In the Summer, he's an avid cyclist and advocate for cycling sports. Having worked as a
mountain bike and road bike guide in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, he has
guided for thousands of miles in the mountains of Wyoming each Summer. A father of four,
an avid skier in the Winters and regularly spending more than 120+ days skiing each year, he
and his wife own Skid Couture, a ski shop and pedorthic practice at the base of Jackson Hole
Mountain Resort. He is the author of the Book on Ski Boots and was a member of Powder
Magazine's Ski Test Team in 2011
Tara A. Mina, C.Ped, RYT
Tara Evans Mina is a Certified Pedorthist and co-founder of Comfort Shoes by SpringsMed
of Bonita Springs, Fl. She has been in the foot care industry for over a decade. Her clinical
experience has specifically concentrated on the prevention and healing of diabetic wounds.
She is a liaison between her patients, physicians and products. Tara is also a Licensed Nail
Technician & Certified Yoga Instructor with special interest in alignment and foot health.
Von M. Homer, M.Sc, BOCPD, PhD-c
Von M. Homer is an Educator and Researcher at Barry University in Miami, Florida and also
holds Adjunct Faculty positions at St. Petersburg College of Orthotics and Prosthetics and
FAMU/Florida State University School of Engineering. In addition to his noteworthy research
publications in Podiatry, Biomechanics and the Medical Device industry, he has been a
practicing Orthotist/Pedorthist for more than seven years.
Jackson McCosker, BHSc, MPodPrac
Jackson McCosker graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia in 2013 with a
Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Podiatric Practice. He has a keen interest in sports
injury rehabilitation and prevention as well as athlete performance. Jackson is an accredited
strength and conditioning coach as well as a swimming instructor and personal trainer.
Not long after graduation Jackson developed his own website dedicated to further education
and professional development www.footnotesblogging.com which aims to take evidence based
medicine articles and simplify the best approaches to lower limb complaints into easy to read
pieces for professionals and patients alike.
Martin Hoffmeister, DPM
Dr. Martin Hoffmeister, DPM is a Podiatrist primarily located in Grand Rapids, MI. He has 30
years of experience. His specialties include Podiatry. Dr. Hoffmeister is affiliated with Mercy
Health Saint Mary's and Spectrum Health Kelsey Memorial Health Center.
