Make sure the plan is clear and concise .
Ensure you have buy-in from the staff ( reluctance is ok but outright defiance will be problematic ).
Depending upon the scope of the project , it might make more sense to implement it in phases .
The Performance Stage is where we get to see the fruits of our labor . It is not just sitting back and admiring our handy work , but an opportunity to critically evaluate the project . Here we focus on the following :
Evaluation — Is this truly an improvement from our previous set up ?
Reassessment — Are there things that need to be adjusted , added , discarded ?
