Technique and
Harmony for
Guitarists African
Drumming Singing for
Adult Learners Suitable for those with some musical
and/or drumming experience. Continue
to develop your hand-drumming
techniques on a variety of West African
drums. Perform more challenging parts
that make up this rich and energetic art
form. The fusion of different rhythmic
patterns will culminate in a selection of
African pieces. Please bring your own
drum. If drum hire is required, you may
hire one at a cost of £20 for the term;
however hired drums cannot be taken
home. No class 30 May. A truly unique singing class for all
adults with an interest in singing!
Whether you have little, or no
experience, or are a rehearsed virtuoso
this is the singing class for you. Upon
booking each adult will submit a
carefully chosen song that they would
like to learn and it will be added
anonymously to the class term
repertoire. In this way adults will find
themselves learning songs in a
multitude of styles both in and out of
their comfort zone, a fantastic learning
experience for all levels. Each class will
be perfectly tailored throughout the
term so that adults will gain advanced
knowledge into Vocal training,
technique, musical and performance
