Long Pose Interior Design
Tips and Tricks Introduction to
Paper Quilling Making a
Terrarium
This one day workshop is where you
can turn your design ideas into reality.
If you have a room you would like to
re-design, have a keen interest in
interior design or are in need of some
inspiration, then this is the workshop
for you. You will learn how to use
fabric, texture and colour to enhance
any interior, whilst being hands-on,
creating your own story board to take
home with you. Learn a new skill as you discover the
beautiful art of paper quilling. This
one-day workshop will enable you to
learn the basics of paper quilling and
then develop your skills to embellish a
range of items such as cards and boxes. A terrarium is a little miniature garden
to have indoors usually containing
succulent plants or moisture loving
plants such as ferns. Learn how to layer
up your container to maximise the life
of your plants and to also look
attractive. You will need to bring a
glass cube around 6” square or a
fishbowl about 6” diameter. Making
sure your hand can fit into the opening.
This is a Long Pose workshop in which
the model will maintain the same pose
for the whole session. It is suitable for
experienced artists, as it provides the
opportunity to complete a painting or
drawing, but it is also suitable for those
who wish to do many quick drawings.
All materials/media welcome.
