Karen McKinley Bill McBride Linda O’Kane NEW WORKSHOP Life Drawing Workshop: Long Pose Interior Design Tips and Tricks Introduction to Paper Quilling Making a Terrarium This one day workshop is where you can turn your design ideas into reality. If you have a room you would like to re-design, have a keen interest in interior design or are in need of some inspiration, then this is the workshop for you. You will learn how to use fabric, texture and colour to enhance any interior, whilst being hands-on, creating your own story board to take home with you. Learn a new skill as you discover the beautiful art of paper quilling. This one-day workshop will enable you to learn the basics of paper quilling and then develop your skills to embellish a range of items such as cards and boxes. A terrarium is a little miniature garden to have indoors usually containing succulent plants or moisture loving plants such as ferns. Learn how to layer up your container to maximise the life of your plants and to also look attractive. You will need to bring a glass cube around 6” square or a fishbowl about 6” diameter. Making sure your hand can fit into the opening. This is a Long Pose workshop in which the model will maintain the same pose for the whole session. It is suitable for experienced artists, as it provides the opportunity to complete a painting or drawing, but it is also suitable for those who wish to do many quick drawings.
