When your world’s been turned upside
down by loss, it can be hard to find
your bearings. Strong feelings,
numbness, sadness – they can all build
up and leave you feeling paralysed by
grief. Releasing the build-up through
writing, in a safe space, can help. Nuala
McKeever leads a creative writing
session for anyone living with loss. No
class 1 May. We are reaching the finishing line of
our first encounter with the beautiful
language. Any newcomers with a little
knowledge of Italian are welcome.

for beginners! The course is
continuation of last term. We will work
on alphabet and reading skills, study
basic topics like family, food,numbers,
colours, likes, hobbies, travelling and
much more about Russia, its people
and culture. Come and meet new
people and talk Russian to each other.

Planning a holiday to Russia or simply
interested in Russia’s fascinating
language, culture and food? Come
along and learn some basic phrases to
help you on holiday such as
introducing yourself, talking about your
likes/dislikes, job and hobbies, ordering
food, eating out and much more! This
class is a continuation of last term for
people who already have a little
knowledge of the language, alphabet,
very basic reading skills and phrases,
Everyone is welcome to join in! Learn
Russian in a friendly, fun and
encouraging atmosphere!
