Learn simple moves of both Bollywood
and contemporary Indian dance in a
fun and relaxed manner. Bollywood
dance is energetic and beneficial for
physical well being.

This class will focus on classical ballet
technique learning while enjoying
moving through space and enjoying
the freedom of dance. Starting with
floor barre and barre work, the classes
will then continue with centre work
and ballet combinations that will use
the space. The class is suitable for
adults with some ballet experience
that want to continue learning and
improving their technique but also for
more experienced dancers and
professionals that want to get a good
hour’s training. Vasiliki Stasinaki is a
professional dancer trained at the
Greek National Ballet School and at
Northern School of Contemporary
Dance and is a member of Maiden
Voyage Dance Company in Belfast.
West Coast swing is the fastest growing
partner dance worldwide. It’s diverse
style and technique attracts a lot of
people, and encourages improvisation
between partners. West Coast swing
can be danced on many types of music
including, RnB, modern pop music and
even Blues.

DanceFit classes combine a number of
dance styles – Bollywood, burlesque,
hip hop, street and latin – and there is
something for everyone! This class uses
cardio and interval training with special
isolation for those hard-to-target
areas. A great workout to leave a smile
on your face and sweat on your brow.
