to begin by making chocolate cupcakes, iced with vanilla frosting. The next step to
creating these delicious cupcakes is to dip your cupcake in sugar. Then place chocolate
chips for the snowman’s eyes and mouth and butterscotch chips for the nose. The

● 1 cup all-purpose flour
● 1 cup granulated sugar
● ½ cup cocoa
● 1 teaspoon baking powder
