Chocolate or Vanilla? by Adam Walter (written pre-election) Chocolate or vanilla? Mac or PC? Trump or Hillary? All are difficult questions. But are they really? We are closing in slowly on what could be the end of our nation. Our next leader will either be a baby in a man’s body or a woman who believes when you delete something on the internet it is gone forever. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are the two going head-to-head to find their way into the Oval Office. In fact, it seems like they really are going head-to-head. Watching the debates these past few weeks I observe that they only bat at each other. Clinton will make a remark towards Trump that he will smack down with a deep, sharp mouth on the microphone: “Wrong.” Then Trump will turn around and attack Clinton. She gives a convincing grin as if to say, “This guy can’t be serious,” but we all know that she is really thinking, “Oh, no, he knows.” There has been lots of concern about the emails Hillary Clinton has “deleted.” Personally I think most of them are just account confirmation for Club Penguin or Minecraft. But in reality 30,000+ emails have vanished. Why is this concerning? Well, this makes Hillary untrustworthy to many Americans. Then there is dear old Donald Trump. Oh, Donald, quite the guy. I think people actually do like Trump but are too afraid to say it. He really wouldn’t be that bad as a president. Of course, he is a woman-trashing pig and talks like he has the IQ level of rock, but if America gives him a chance, maybe having a non-politician in the Oval Office will do us some good. I would like to apologize to the American people. I have done nothing to detract from the political debate, but I also have done nothing to help better this election cycle. Then again, I am a sixteen-year-old kid who truly does not care how this election turns out; nor do I have the time. So good luck, America. Don’t make the wrong decision, though there is no right one.
