EXECUTIVE PROGRAMS
The Controllership Program is a twocomponent program designed to provide you with a solid foundation for success . The Controller ' s Operational Skills Program focuses on core technical and operational skills , while the Controller ' s Management Program focuses on management soft skills .
Upon completion of both component programs , you will receive the Controllership Program Certificate . Please note that these programs can be completed in any order as they focus on separate and distinct skills .
The Controller ’ s Management Program Are you a relatively new controller or financial manager ? Or are you aiming to move up to the controller role from another position ? If so , then the Controller ’ s Management Program is for you . It is designed to provide you with the theory , best practices , and skills to take your leadership to the next level .
