L’OREAL COMPETITION
Lesley said “Since the regional
final, the phone’s been going nonstop with people talking about it
which is great. It’s going to give
us big changes for the business.
“Anytime anyone’s asked me
what it’s like to be the winner, I
can only say that it’s like an out of
body experience.
“The other three salons that were
selected from Scotland are well
established businesses
– Glasgow’s Toni and Guy and
Alan Edwards, as well as Chaplins
in Falkirk. I knew my look was
good but maybe not that good!
The judges obviously liked what
they saw.”

The victory comes six months
after the entry process began
with a photographic submission.
Once she was successful in that,
Lesley took part in the regional
final at the Hilton Hotel in
Glasgow.
She was one of 35 entrants at
that stage and had to work on her
