Albert’s Le Gavroche restaurant
was the first in Britain to achieve
Michelin star status. It was also
the first to receive three Michelin
stars – the highest rating
available.
He continues to run a series of
successful restaurants around
the world including a number in
Scotland.
Emma-Rose will travel to one
of those restaurants, situated
within the prestigious Inverlochy
House in Fort William, for an
introductory meeting.
She will complete her HNC
course before working at the
Three Chimneys over the
summer period. Once she is
finished there she will join up
with Albert Roux’s company.
Curriculum Manager Sally
Kennedy commented that Emma
Rose has been offered a “once
in a lifetime opportunity” which
is “wonderful for her and will
inspire our hospitality students”.
