Kitchen Share is a fully loaded and licensed commercial kitchen located in the West End of
Richmond, VA. The former home of Goodrich Gourmet Catering is now available to the public to rent
by the hour, week, or month!
This commercial kitchen space has been very efficient and functional for Goodrich Gourmet Catering
for the last five years, enabling them to grow into their current 9000 square foot facility in downtown
Richmond. In this kitchen, they went from feeding less than 50 people per day to serving over 700 per
day using the efficient design, spacious rooms, and nice equipment.

area has no cooking elements or hoods, but is great for sandwich/salad preparation and is VERY
affordable. The “Hot Prep” area is 800 square feet and includes most everything any culinary artist
could ask for. Including, but not limited to: convection ovens, 4 ft chargrill, 80 qt mixer, 6 burner
stove, stock pot burner with pot filler, refridgeration, speed racks, prep tables, sheet pans, etc, etc!
