“We have enjoyed many
events at the Columbia
Museum of Art and hope that
our future gift helps ensure
that the next generation
enjoys this world-class
museum as well.”
-Brenda and
Rick Wheeler
“I was starved for art
education when I moved to
Columbia in 1992. I joined
the Museum and eventually
became a docent. I have
made a lot of friends and the
education the Museum has
given me is unbelievable!
What they’ve given me in
pleasure and art education is
more than I can possibly give
them.”
-Dorothy “Dot” Johnston
“Because we both love art
and love this community,
we have made a bequest
to the Museum to help it
flourish and thrive long into
the future. It’s a thank-you
to Columbia and all the
wonderful people here. “

Willson Powell
