This special tour will visit Ho Chi Minh
City for 3 nights before going to
Vung Tau for 3 nights. During the stay
there the group will visit Nui Dat - the
former base camp for 1ATF. Visits
will also be made to the school and
kindergarten that have been built on
the former airstrip. On 25 April, the
group will be taken to Long Tan for
the memorial service. On return to
Vung Tau, a chance to join in with
some of the reunion activities, and
a chance to watch a game of the
AFL Asia league played on the local
sports oval. The tour then returns to
HCMC for 1 night.
Additional days can be added to see
more of Vietnam and/or Cambodia/
Laos, or stopovers in Bangkok or
Singapore. The tour is limited to 16
persons.
