As I watch long time favorite cartoon
show, The Simpsons, I can’t help to
think the Homer Simpson archetype is
so hormonally accurate it’s scary.
Mumbling about his 39th year and feeling
a failure and having nothing to show for his
years, Homer is the perfect example of a man
with low testosterone and/or high oestrogen.
Self doubt, low confidence, anxiety, negativity,
a sense of being a failure or not successful,
overweight, unhealthy eating habits and
low drive. No doubt DUFF beer, doughnuts,
inactivity and a lack if inspiring lifestyle habits
have left homer in a hole.
