Young Palm Beach local
doing inspiring work
Mayor Tom Tate has applauded Palm
Beach local Nathanial Leigh whose
annual Christmas lunch has made
a difference to the homeless and
vulnerable in his community since
launching three years ago.
“Nathanial’s selflessness and work ethic
is inspirational and shows that the Gold
Coast is home to a generous community
spirit. Nathanial is a true community
champion that puts the joy of others
before his own. He seeks absolutely
no praise but deserves it in
spades,” said Cr Tate.
The Mayor recently
met with Nathanial to
discuss the future of
the annual Christmas
lunch
with
both
agreeing
to
work
together on future events.
