For procurement and budget purposes, businesses often need to standardize what they offer their senior employees, but sometimes the individual needs something different—a quick call here, a face-to-face session there, a Skype call when they are traveling. The greatest joy is when the person you are coaching has that “aha” moment when things fall into place; they suddenly see through the mist and the way ahead is clear. 32 Coaching World
