INSTALLERsupport Emplas prepare to ‘change the game’ Emplas has announced ambitious plans to redefine industry expectations of service and support with a major announcement due shortly. The Northamptonshire fabricator says it is its intention to shake-up the lead generation, marketing and sales support offered by fabricators and systems companies to retail businesses. Mike Crewdson, Sales and Marketing Director, Emplas, which published the findings of its consumer product survey in June, said the company was preparing to ‘change the game’. He said: “The support that installers get from fabricators and systems companies isn’t good enough and we’re going to change that. “What we’re going to be doing over the coming weeks is to re-double our efforts with what we believe will be a game-changing new scheme.” A poll last year revealed that Emplas’ product quality was rated good or excellent by 98.7 per cent of its customers compared to a
