Tripling
Turnover
»»In just five years since May
2010, Conservatory Outlet has tripled its
turnover whilst strictly honouring its oneclient-per-region network business model,
founded a decade ago.
Within the same period, the Company’s
turnover doubled in the three years from
May 2012, and Q1 of its current 201516 financial year - which delivered a 15%
increase – suggests that Conservatory
Outlet is on course for its sixth
consecutive year of significant growth.
“We’re extremely proud to have less
than 25 ‘accounts’ yet still be able to
grow our company and be among the top
tier of fabricators by both turnover and
frame count,” sa id Greg Kane and Michael
Giscombe, joint owners of Conservatory
Outlet. “More importantly we are privileged
to be in partnership with likeminded
individuals and businesses who more than
justify the decision, 10 years ago, to never
to supply more than one company in the
same trading area.”
In the last two years particularly,
Conservatory Outlet’s growth has been
largely organic, with only two new dealers
joining the network. “It’s thanks to a mutual
commitment to growth which we share
with our installer partners that we have
been able to double turnover in a short
space of time.”

improvements to existing lines, but we are
constantly exploring ways to expand our high
volume ranges,” said Michael Giscombe,
Conservatory Outlet joint managing director.
“By adopting a six-chambered sash and using
it in conjunction with a five-chambered outer
