Visiting the company’s factory in North Lanarkshire, Roseanna Cunningham MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Fair Work, Skills and Training, welcomed its achievement in securing both the Investors in People Gold standard and Investors in Young People (IIYP) accreditation. Employing more than 200 people at its 15-acre HQ and production site, CMS manufactures and installs doors, windows and facades, as well as being an external wall insulation (EWI) installer. The Academy will offer Network VEKA members the opportunity to ensure their installers are suitably qualified and receive financial assistance from subsidies secured by Network VEKA and The Vocational College.
