A Positive View
»»Roseview Windows is
one of UK’s longest established
manufacturers of PVCu vertical
sliding sash windows and its
specialism has enabled it to
create arguably one of the most
sophisticated collections of sash
windows on the market today.
The recently published
Fabricator and Installer Market
Report from Insight Data made
upbeat reading for anyone
involved in the fabrication or
installation of vertical sliding sash
windows and this positive result,
mirrors statistics released by
specialist sash window company
Roseview Windows.
“We were delighted to read
that the number of sash window
installers has increased but I
can’t say we were surprised”
commented Mike Bygrave,
marketing manager at Roseview
Windows. “We’ve experienced a
surge in demand from installers
over the last year, many of whom
were new companies entering the
market, and our manufacturing
volumes have more than doubled
over the past three years.”
The G-Award winning
Ultimate Rose window includes
mechanical joints and Roseview’s
exclusive run-through sash horn
as standard and has been accepted
in numerous conservation areas.

latest Fabricator and Installer Market
Report by Insight Data made for positive
reading; not least for Spectus Window

The report named the vertical sliding sash

From 10,000sqft in Gloucester, Mercury

vertical slider equates for around 40% of the
business.
Commenting on the latest figures, Steve
Cross, director of Mercury Glazing Supplies
Ltd said: “It confirms what we have long
believed, that consumers are becoming
more discerning when it comes to their
choice of window. The general public is
seeing the true enhancement that PVCu
vertical sliders deliver to their property, and
are appreciating the benefits over traditional
