Alderson has a proven track record for success in the United Kingdom’s insulating glass market, serving most recently as Bostik’s European Business Director, Assembly Solutions. »»Alderson was with Bostik Europe for nearly 20 years, holding positions in sales, operations and executive management. He has a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Leicester Charles Keene College and has furthered his education by taking courses in business management, strategic planning, management and leadership of multifunctional teams, communications and internal control and compliance.
