INDUSTRYNEWS FIT for Blind Ambitions »»Leading supplier of building products for the home, ODL Europe, will be joining the list of exhibitors at the FIT Show, where visitors to stand AT2 will be able to see how they can benefit from its extensive range of solutions to help them sell. Alongside its huge collection of glazing cassette options – including the popular TriSys range, and glass options, will be the recently launched Built in Blind, which the company believes will be a hit with fabricators and installers, as Managing Director Mark Towers explains: “We’re delighted with the response to the Built in Blind we have received already from fabricators and installers looking to add value to high selling items such as bi-folding, French and patio doors. They are already recognising the benefit of a blind which can be custom sized for any installation requirement, but more importantly our ability to supply the product within 10 days.” Manufactured in the UK by a company with 10+ years of experience in innovation, quality and added value, the Built in Blind is a cordless integral blind system, which can be fitted at point of fabricat ion or installation. The glass units containing the blind meet EN 1279 Parts 2/3/6 standards and are available gas filled and with low-E glass for maximum thermal efficiency. What’s more, the blind is compatible with all profile systems, so fabricators and installers of PVCu, aluminium or timber can benefit. Mark continues: “Point of sale material and training can be provided to those who require it, and we invite anyone who would like to see for themselves the benefits on offer to visit us on Stand AT2 at the FIT Show.” Call 0151 933 0299 or visit www.odleurope.com DICKIES EXPANDS ITS WORKWEAR CENTRES »»International workwear brand Dickies now has an extra 50 premium workwear centres in the UK.
