Truemans help McDermott Windows
with new showroom

The suppliers’ client support
often stretches beyond the
conventional means of
assistance; an example being
Blackburn-based window and
door installer McDermott
Windows, who recently opened
a new showroom with the help
of Truemans.
The installing company, run
by Stephen McDermott and his
wife Emma, became a Truemans
client more than a year ago,
and is supplying Rehau and
Kommerling PVCu windows
SMART
and doors exclusively from the
trade counter’s Burnley branch.
McDermott Windows finalised
the set-up of their brand-new
430sqft showroom at the end of
last year. The new location was
officially inaugurated by Stephen
McDermott and Truemans’
managing director, Joe Trueman,
with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Joe said: “Our business model
is based on supplying great
quality products to the trade in
a hassle free and convenient way,
but it’s our customer support
that sets us apart. Aside from our
well-known packages such as free,
customised marketing materials,
online ordering or free use of the
skip, we also do our best to help
clients with any other assistance
they might need.

all Rehau and Kommerling
windows for McDermott’s new
showroom and I was honoured
by Steve’s invitation to be part of
the official opening ceremony.”
Joe added.
Stephen McDermott also
commented on the special

we were not surprised to learn

McDermott Windows is
also using Truemans’ bespoke
marketing support service, with
customised brochures, leaflets and
mailer cards.
