The Grand Opening
»»Bowater Doors, the
specialist composite door
manufacturer and a company
of The VEKA UK Group,
has celebrated the launch of a
new, flagship showroom at its
Midlands base in Minworth.
Attended by building and
glazing industry publications,
staff, company directors
and customers, a ribboncutting, overseen by The
VEKA UK Group MD, Dave
Jones officially opened the
showroom.

Dave said: “It’s a pleasure
to present to you the fantastic
range of products produced
here at Bowater Doors,
including the striking new
range of DUO Contemporary
composite doors that many of
you will be seeing for the first
time.”
Anita van Vuuren, Chief
Operating Officer, commented:
“Having joined Bowater Doors
last May, the showroom project
has been under development
for much of my tenure. It’s

great to see it come to fruition,
particularly for our Sales team
who now have an exciting new
string to their bow.”
Visitors to further open days
throughout the showroom’s
inaugural week were treated
to tours of Bowater Doors’

adjacent factory where they can
see, first hand, the combination
of machine-cut precision and
human attention to detail.
