For 27 years , the CRC has assisted more than 12,500 people with securing employment or improving their careers . The Center features individualized attention , education , training and coaching by volunteer industry professionals . Studies have shown that the success rate for those who search for a job alone is 22 %, but if they seek assistance , the success rate jumps to 74 %. CRC ’ s candidates ’ success rate averages 80 %!
