ONE-OF-A-KIND DINING SERIES

This past April, five Fairmont Hotels & Resorts participated in the Fairmont Visa Signature®
One-of-a-Kind Dining Series. The goal of these events was to introduce and execute unique,
one-of-a-kind dining experiences, specifically curated for Fairmont Visa Signature Cardholders and Fairmont President Club members, and showcasing their talented Chefs and
bartenders. Guests were treated to Black River Caviar, Belvedere Vodka, and Veuve Clicquot
champagne, as well as a guided, multi-course dinner prepared by some of Fairmont’s awardwinning Chefs. This series featured the Grand Del Mar, Claremont Club & Spa, Pacific
Rim, Le Château Frontenac and the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club as host hotels,
providing a full sensory experience that was truly unforgettable.
