Welcome to Spring. This time of year is truly
wonderful. There are so many reasons for us to

welcomed change of colour and flavour palates.

is always sure to follow. The new season breathes
new life into the world around us, and gives us

As the Wine & Cuisine Editor, this time of year
is always so exciting. The palate naturally moves
toward light and wonderful flavours. Our menu
begins to change in favour of fresh Spring-time
fare. It is a time to bring colour into your wardrobe, your life and your home. It is also a time
to entertain friends and look forward to sunnier
days ahead.
