Praktik Bakery is completely unique, as it integrates a bakery within the hotel, both of high quality. Anna Bellsolá’s prestigious
traditional bakery, Baluard, has been selected to offer guests the experience of enjoying home-made bread right in the hotel,
because there is nothing better than the aroma and taste of freshly-baked bread. Praktik Bakery hotel has the perfect location,
within walking distance of the main tourist sites in Barcelona. The idea of including a bakery inside the hotel comes from the
possibility of building a theme hotel that would offer guests not only a stay in a beautiful building in Barcelona, but also the
chance to enjoy freshly baked and truly “home-made” bread with delicious pastries. The design of the building is inspired on the
typical buildings of Barcelona’s Eixample district, along the lines of the surrounding properties. The prestigious designer Lazaro
Rosa-Violán, winner of the AD2013 award for interior designer of the year, has created the designs for the Bakery hotel, introducing an industrial touch to its interior which, combined with our traditional bakery, makes our hotel unique and exclusive.
