Anna Bellsolá’s prestigious traditional bakery, Baluard, has been selected to offer guests the experience of enjoying home-made bread right in the hotel, because there is nothing better than the aroma and taste of freshly-baked bread. Praktik Bakery hotel has the perfect location, within walking distance of the main tourist sites in Barcelona. The idea of including a bakery inside the hotel comes from the possibility of building a theme hotel that would offer guests not only a stay in a beautiful building in Barcelona, but also the chance to enjoy freshly baked and truly “home-made” bread with delicious pastries. The design of the building is inspired on the typical buildings of Barcelona’s Eixample district, along the lines of the surrounding properties.
