Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is the official hotel of the “Carnaval de Quebec”, the world’s biggest winter carnival! You will enjoy the Ice Palace,
snow sculptures, canoe races on the river, dogsled
races, night parades, snow bath and much more!
Plus, every year, the Château Frontenac is the
host of the spectacular Bonhomme Carnaval
Bal. The traditional toboggan run is one of the
very oldest attractions in town. Sliding down at
speeds of up to 70 km/h is quite an experience!
The three icy runs are open from December to
March, or even later if weather permits.
