an event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies
something, especially a theory or an abstract idea.
When was this for you?
JMM. I could not tell one, because there have been many
key moments, objects, sources of inspiration. My work is
built on the places where I have lived: Castile, Andalusia
and the Mediterranean. The technique, color and passion
define my work, and are these three places and three axes
which build and articulate my theory.
Q. and lastly, the triumph of the dream that was sowed…
has it become fulfilled in your perspective?
JMM. Yes. But I’m a very thoughtful painter; and also
a painter very passionate about life and art. Long as I
have years for painting, “the dream that was sowed” will
live and the triumph will be daily: every painting, every
achievement, will be my triumph; until the end.
