Welcome to the Momentum Report – a publication
that highlights the progress Vaughan Council has
made on its strategic goals.
In 2015, the City enhanced its
approach to Service Excellence with the
introduction of the Service Excellence
Strategy Map. It clearly puts the focus on
delivering Service Excellence to citizens
and businesses to ensure the entire
organization uses a consistent approach.
This direction also includes the alignment
of the City’s budget with the priorities and

achieve its goals. At the top of the map
are the priorities for this Term of Council.
The Momentum Report looks at each of
these and provides an update on the
City’s success so far.
