Track & Field Skills Camp
Grades 3 - 8
KT This camp is for young athletes who would like to learn or improve the fundamentals of track & field . Athletes will focus on proper warm-up , running form , and learn techniques for long jump , triple jump , high jump , shot put , discus , hurdles , relays , and sprint starts . All levels of ability are welcome . Please wear athletic attire , tennis shoes , and bring a water bottle . Each participant will receive a camp T-shirt . All City Track Meet
All Ages
KT Show off your track & field skills at the All City Track Meet . All levels of ability are welcome . Please wear athletic attire , tennis shoes , and bring a water bottle . Please arrive promptly at 4:15 pm to check in and sign up for events . Competition will begin at 5:00 pm .
Volunteers are needed to help run the meet . Please contact Katie Tarosas , Program Manager , at 847.639.6100 x 110 if you are interested . Rain date for the Track Meet is Thursday , July 13 . Location : Cary Junior High Track Min / Max : 15 / 50

Team Softball
Ages 9 - 13 years
KT Develop skills such as base coverage , relay plays , calling plays and working with the pitcher and catcher . Refine your skills by learning how to sacrifice hit , bunt , and slap hit . This class will also cover strategic ways to advance the runner and work off the bunt . Every class is a live game , so bring your teammates out to learn and grow together . Soccer Camp

KT This camp is an outstanding opportunity for boys and girls to develop and improve their soccer skills . Players will learn techniques to enhance their skills from an experienced staff of coaches . Staff will work with your player to strengthen dribbling , passing , receiving , shooting , and defense . Camp includes a T-shirt , water bottle , and soccer bag .
