Before & After Camp

Registration Form ( one form per child )

Before and After Camp is available for Camp ECHO and ECHO Extreme at the Fel-Pro RRR Conservation Area . Before Camp is offered from 7:00 - 8:30 am and After Camp is offered from 3:30 - 6:00 pm . After Camp pick up on Wednesday and Friday is at the Community Center .
There are two options for Before and After Camp : 1 ) 5-day option held Monday - Friday and 2 ) 2-day option held Monday and Wednesday . An adjustment has been made to the Before and After Camp options for sessions 1 and 5 .
For proper staff to camper ratio , it is preferred that all Before and After Camp registrations are received by the Saturday before the start of a new session . Registration will not be accepted after this date . The child registered on this form must be the same child registered for camp on the reverse side of this form . In order to include Before and After Camp fees on the payment plan , registration must take place at the same time camp registration is submitted .
Please indicate below ( check box ) the Before and After Camp option you need for each session . Also indicate on the camp registration form that you are utilizing Before and After Camp .
