Early Birds Get The Savings !
Early Bird Registration Ends May 26
The early bird saves money ! Register for camp by May 26 and receive $ 10 off each session registered . This option is available on select camps .
Multi-Session Reward
Attend six or more sessions of camp per child to receive a $ 25 Park District gift certificate . Multi-session rewards can only be earned on select camps .
How to Register
Register your child in the grade level he or she is entering in the fall . Registrations are accepted online at carypark . com or by completing a Summer Day Camp and / or Before and After Camp Registration Form found in this program guide or online at carypark . com . Registration forms may be mailed , faxed ( 847.639.6290 ) or dropped off at the Community Center , 255 Briargate Road , Cary .
All registrations must be accompanied with payment . Payment options include cash , check , Visa , MasterCard , Discover , and American Express . A Cary Park District payment plan can also be arranged for camp registrations . Payment plans include weekly credit card or prearranged withdrawal from your checking account ( ACH ). A $ 5 service fee will be added to each installment of weekly payments . If ACH is used , this service fee will be waived . Full payment for the first session of camp must be received when enrolling in the payment plan . Details and forms for payment plans are available at the Community Center or on the website .

Same great camp experience for families who are looking for only a couple of days of camp each week .
Before & After Camp
Extend your child ’ s day of fun with before and after camp activities . Before and after camp is available for Camp ECHO campers from 7:00 - 8:30 am and from 3:30 - 6:00 pm . A separate registration and payment of additional fees are required .
Registration Dates Resident registration begins 7:00 am on April 10 . Non-Resident registration begins 7:00 am on April 17 .

For proper staff to camper ratios , it is preferred that all camp and before- and after-camp registrations be received by Saturday prior to the start of a new session .
If you need to withdraw your child from camp , a withdrawal form must be completed and a $ 5 service charge will be accessed for each camp session . After June 1 , a $ 5 processing fee will be accessed for each session transfer request . All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to the Cary Park District Community Center and not with the camp staff or at the camp location .
