Participate in any or all of the group fitness programs during the season for which you register .
Punch Cards
5 Punches $ 30 /$ 45 ; 10 Punches $ 60 /$ 90 ; 15 Punches : $ 90 /$ 135 Purchase a walk-in punch card and have your card validated by the instructor before each class . Punch cards expire two months from the date of purchase .
Walk-in Fee
R / NR FEE : $ 6 /$ 9 ; This fee is payable at the Community Center Front Desk before the class begins .

Aqua Zumba Make a splash with this low impact high energy aquatic work out . Just add water & shake !
Bollywood Dance Bollywood inspired fitness program combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world all packed into a 60 minute workout .
Express Cardio Plus Enjoy a well rounded workout featuring a warm up , cardio “ plus ” core , balance or strength and then finishing with a cool down .
Great Balls of Yoga Release stress & tension while learning self massage techniques in a fun and relaxing environment . This class helps with arthritis , carpal tunnel and other ailments .
H2O Circuit A great addition to your indoor workouts . Enjoy cardiovascular and resistance training in the water . Swimming ability not required .
Pilates / Wake Up Pilates This mat-based workout is designed to engage the mind and work the entire body . Fluid movements will develop core strength plus , increase flexibility while improving balance and posture . Please bring a mat to each meeting .
Strong Using a variety of equipment , gain balance , core , and strength .
Zumba ® Ditch the workout and join the party ! This fun , fastpaced , Latin-dance based cardiovascular class is sure to get your heart pumping and muscles toned . All fitness levels are welcome .
ADULT LAP SWIM
Take your workout into the water ! Check the Community Pool schedule on page 15 for Adult Lap Swim times . Purchase a pool pass or pay the pool daily fee for the lap swim . Fees can be found on page 14 .
