It may be overwhelming for people, but we must use ourselves as our own n=1 experiments. Instead of stressing out if your diet plan will work for you or not, enjoy the process and use every experience as a learning experience. Also, you must remember, if something works for you today, it may not work for you when you drop 20lbs or shed 6% body fat. We see this all the time when people go on very low carb diets. They get down to 8% body fat while maintaining high training volume. All is good until they see their performance go down the drain and body composition worsens.
