B. Michael Friedman is the Founder and CEO of Agritek Holdings, and is a pioneer within the Cannabis industry. He has more than 20 years of experience within the investment banking industry, including serving formally as a registered broker of Bear Sterns. Mr. Friedman is also the founder of the private equity and investor relations firm First Level Capital working with over 30 public companies throughout his career and raising over 50 million dollars of bankling capital for his clients.. As CEO of Agritek Holdings, Mr. Friedman is involved in the day to day operations and has negotiated all land transactions, acquisitions and funding on behalf of the company. Mr. friedman has received his business degree from a Florida state University.
Rick Leimbach, serves as interim CFO for Agritek Holdings, and is the founding partner of Carrollton Partners, a well established CPA firm based in Baltimore,Maryland. Mr. Leimbach has several years of experience advising both private and public companies with their financial reporting,and corporate governance. Mr. Leimbach formally was Chief financial Officer of Telkonet Inc., served as corporate controller of ultra Bridge Inc. and manager of accounting for Snyder Communications.
Advisory Board Member Dr. Stephen Holt is a best selling author and Distinguished Professor of Medicine, Emeritus. He has been described in literature as a visionary and pioneer of the dietary supplement industry in the U.S.A. Dr. Holt is board certified in nutrition, gastroenterology, internal medicine and has higher training in clinical pharmacology. For many years Dr. Holt has been a consultant to both the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. He has considerable experience in all aspects of nutraceutical formulation, manufacturing, research and purveyance. His recent book is entitled “The Cannabis Revolution” which traces the medical, political, social and economic consequences of cannabis legalization. Dr. Holt has published several hundred scientific communication and he has authored more than 30 books on various aspects of healthcare. He has received many awards for teaching and research.
